NEW YOGA CLASS - MONDAYS 10.30AM
If you are looking to start the year positively then please feel free to come and try my 75 min gentle yoga class, at Golf World Stansted on Mondays at 10.30am. The class is aimed at over 50's, but all ages and abilities are welcome.
The class is a fusion of gentle Fringe Vinyasa yoga and guided mediation to reset the mind, body and soul.
The space is beautiful overlooking the countryside and the group is very welcoming with a social coffee afterward in the cafe for those who wish to stay.
