CLASSES TO SUIT EVERYONE
Our fitness instructors run classes for all. Classes include Pole, Aerial Hoop, Pilates, Bounce and HIIT Training, as well as personal training should you require it. Please contact Leanne on Leanne@elsenhamgolfandleisure.co.uk who will pass you on to the relevant instructors and can provide more information.
Pole Fitness is a great way to get fit while having fun and meeting new friends.
Aside from being a great all over work out, pole fitness offers the chance to learn a new skill in a fun and supportive environment, sculpting your body and helping to build confidence. Classes are open to people of all sizes, age and ability. Our instructors are fully qualified, insured & first aid trained. You'll find Piggy Pole & its members encouraging and respectful so you can look forward to exercising in a friendly atmosphere.
